When do I pay for my order?

Grab & Go and rental orders will be due-in-full once the order is finalized and invoice is delivered.
Custom Installations require 50% of your order total to secure your event date. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to your event date.

Can I cancel/reschedule my order?

You may reschedule your pick-up or installation up to 1 week prior to your event date. Your deposit will be applied to your future booking. Changes less than 1 week from your event are no longer accepted and cannot be rescheduled or canceled.

How long will the balloons last?

We are not liable for balloons once they have been picked-up or installed. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, and surrounding materials can jeopardize the lifetime and quality of the balloons. These circumstances should be considered prior to pick-up or installation. We use the highest-quality materials and care to make your decor shine its brightest and longest. Indoors with proper care, balloons can last 2 weeks or more.

Can I hang The Balloons Myself?

Of course, our Grab & Go garlands come with installation instructions and materials. Larger balloon garlands, walls, and arches are only available as custom installations.
